Ensure your MacBook Pro has the exact model number A2485 or A2780. The color must be Space Gray. Also, check if a new Lid-Angle Sensor is required (not included).

Installation Note

Before installation, the MacBook must be turned off and disconnected from the power supply. After assembly, a new Lid-Angle Sensor is required to restore full functionality. The Repair Assistant can then be used for calibration under macOS 26 or newer.
